How do I add a supported language?
As a subscriber to our cloud services, you can select and enable any number of languages from our supported list, regardless of your subscription plan. Initially, you choose a set of languages during signup.
To add more languages later, use the additional dictionaries form available in your account. Sign in and confirm your selection to complete the process.
If you need to remove a language, please contact our technical support team for assistance.
From version 5.30.0 onwards, we've changed our approach for shipped languages to make the package more lightweight. This allows clients to select the languages they wish to install during setup, a shift from our previous method in version 5.17.0, where all languages were enabled by default and required additional resources during installation. Now, based on your selected languages, the necessary resources will be uploaded and configured during setup.
If you're using a version older than 5.30.0 and need to add more languages, please contact us to obtain the latest package. This update will enable you to perform the upgrade and configure additional languages on your own, as we no longer provide custom builds with pre-added languages.
