Are you GDPR compliant?

We do offer our customers Data Processing Addendum, it forms a part of Terms of Service. Here you can find all the materials related to our commitment and compliance with GDPR.

Is your software HIPAA-compliant?

The WebSpellChecker software hasn't undergone HIPAA-compliance yet. However, we do offer a self-hosted version (on-premises) of the WebSpellChecker software package that is designed to be deployed on a customer's server where all the data will be securely processed. Not a word will be sent outside.

Are you CCPA compliant?

WebSpellChecker is not a subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) since none of the following thresholds apply:

• Have a gross annual revenue of over $25 million;

• Buy, receive, or sell the personal information of 50,000 or more California residents, households, or devices; or
