### Are you GDPR compliant?

We do offer our customers Data Processing Addendum, it forms a part of [Terms of Service](https://webspellchecker.com/terms-of-service/). [Here](https://webspellchecker.com/legal/) you can find all the materials related to our commitment and compliance with GDPR.

### Is your software HIPAA-compliant?

The WebSpellChecker software hasn't undergone HIPAA-compliance yet. However, we do offer a self-hosted version (on-premises) of the WebSpellChecker software package that is designed to be deployed on a customer's server where all the data will be securely processed. Not a word will be sent outside.

### Are you CCPA compliant?

WebSpellChecker is not a subject to the [California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)](https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa) since none of the following thresholds apply:

* Have a gross annual revenue of over $25 million;
* Buy, receive, or sell the personal information of 50,000 or more California residents, households, or devices; or
